Teacher Training

Our teaching staff come to us with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or, in cases where they do not yet have it, we provide them with a comprehensive training program. This ensures they gain the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in the classroom. We partner with accredited training providers to offer a structured development plan that includes both theoretical learning and practical, hands-on teaching experience. The program is designed to equip teachers with the latest educational methodologies, classroom management techniques, and subject-specific knowledge.

Upon completion of the training, teachers receive the support and mentorship they need to transition smoothly into their teaching roles. This ongoing professional development ensures that our staff remain up-to-date with the latest teaching strategies, educational trends, and student engagement practices. Additionally, we offer opportunities for teachers to pursue further specialization in areas such as special education, leadership, or advanced subject matter expertise, encouraging them to continue growing in their careers.

By the end of our Teacher Training Program, our trainee teachers will gain a ROBLOX Qualified Teaching Status.
